Sales Price

$99 USD (For shipments within Japan, the base sales price includes Japanese consumption tax. For international shipments, Japanese consumption tax is exempt, but local taxes may apply.)

Required Charges Other Than the Product Price

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and total package weight. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

• Customs Duties and Import Taxes: For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer).

Payment Methods

Timing of Payment

• Standard Purchases / Pre-orders: Payment is authorized and processed immediately upon order confirmation.

• Subscription Purchases: The first payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. Subsequent recurring payments will be automatically processed on the scheduled renewal date of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly).

Delivery Time

• In-stock Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. International delivery typically takes approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs clearance and flight schedules.

• Pre-order Items: Shipped in accordance with the specific shipping schedule indicated on the respective product page.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations (Return Policy)

• Customer Convenience: Due to the nature of food products (matcha), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience once the shipment process has initiated. For subscription orders, cancellation or skipping must be requested via your account page at least [X] days prior to the next billing date.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at yamaroku06@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the condition of the package and item. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue. We will cover all return shipping and re-shipping costs in this case.
